Sales Policy:
We are distributors of Trailer Supplies, Running Gear, 5th Wheels, Goosenecks, Tow Bars, and
Accessories. It is our intent to give our customers the best possible service and 43 years of knowledge
at the best prices.
Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, all price corrections will be distributed
to the dealers as soon as we have received them from the vendors. Additional quantity price
breaks are available.
Purchasing Terms:
Established Credit Account (applications available upon request.) Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card
and Discover. Accounts which are past due will not be shipped until they are made current.
Warranties:
Are the manufacturers’ responsibility and deposition of claims will be according to their policy
and approval. We will assist wherever possible in adjustments or warranties.
Back Orders:
Items not in stock at the time of order will NOT be back ordered.
Special Orders:
Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable and require payment in full at time of
order.
UPS Orders:
All UPS orders will carry an additional $3.50 shipping and handling charge per package and
a box charge and/or oversized charge when applicable in addition to the UPS charge.
