Integral 12" hub and rotor (one piece), 6 on 5.5 wheel bolt pattern. Caliper bracket mounts to 5 bolt brake flange and fits inside 15" and 16" wheels. Includes bearing, races, seals, all mounting hardware, and lug nuts.
