"As a result of hitting a large pothole, I bent the two axles on my 24-foot trailer. The local fire department arrived at about 6 pm and insisted I place the trailer inside a fenced in area. An employee from Portsmouth Trailer returned and secured my trailer. The next morning at 8 am I met with Renee and she had me repaired with axels, tires and bearings. I was out the door at 2 pm.

"I purchased all new parts from Portsmouth Trailer to redo my suspension and brake system on my 1999 Load Rite trailer 0n February 2012. One week ago my Actuator went bad and burned my brakes up on the way back to Richmond from Va. Beach. I contacted Portsmouth Trailer about the problem on 8/5/13 and brought back all of the parts on 8/10/13. I explained the issue I had and they worked with me to get all new parts at a discounted price and warranted the actuator at no charge to me. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!! Thank you very much.
